Reading Recovery Teaching

I am an experienced and qualified Reading Recovery Teacher and FFT Wave 3 trainer, with QTS.

Reading Recovery is an intervention aimed at the lowest achieving children in the classroom (including SEND, ideally in year one) and gives them the skills, scaffolding and knowledge to enable independent reading, writing and thinking. Ongoing teaching and reflective practise maintains the high quality and effectiveness of Reading Recovery teaching.
